Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hex Code Tiles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Pro features via in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User Content

Hex Code Tiles does not currently allow users to submit or share content. Any data you create (such as favorites) is stored locally on your device and is your property.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that colors displayed on your device will match real-world pigments, prints, or other screens. Color accuracy depends on your device's display calibration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice. You may also discontinue use at any time by deleting the App from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
